Jaclyn Kanilehua Kim, MSW, LSW, President
Jaclyn Kanilehua Kim, MSW, LSW is a part of The Queen’s Health Systems, Native Hawaiian Health Department. In her current role, she is responsible for Native Hawaiian Affairs and Community Engagement.
Kanilehua has over a decade of experience in the healthcare related field. Her previous roles have included being a clinical and community coordinator for Native Hawaiian Health at The Queenʻs Health Systems, faculty at The Thompson School of Social Work and Public Health, and adjunct faculty at Hawaiʻi Pacific Universityʻs College of Health and Society.
Service to the Native Hawaiian community has always been a priority for Kanilehua. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce, and Nā Limahana o Lonopūhā, Native Hawaiian Health Consortium, and has previously served as a board member of Kualoa-Heʻeia Ecumenical Youth (KEY) Project. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from The University of Arizona, and a Masters of Social Work from The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Social Welfare.
In her free time, Kanilehua enjoys traveling, spending time her with ʻohana, and engaging in Hawaiian cultural arts, such as hula and ulana lauhala.
