I Ola Lāhui provides psychological services to support individuals and families. Our team of psychologists help people with anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, couples, and cultural concerns. We also help with lifestyle changes such as weight management, smoking cessation, insomnia, and stress.  In addition, we provide culturally-minded and evidence-based interventions for chronic disease management such as diabetes, chronic kidney disease, epilepsy and hypertension. We work collaboratively with our patients to set personal, meaningful, and achievable health goals and reduce health-compromising behaviors. Our team of psychologists work with people all ages: children, teens, adults, and older adults.

Children and Adolescents

There are many pressures on teens today that make it difficult to keep everything in balance. We work with teens by listening to understand what they are going through and teach strategies that can help them navigate the choices they are facing. Whether the issues are about relationships, family, social life and substance use, or about emotions, worries, and how you see the world, our team of psychologists meet you where you are and make a plan for how to help right from there.Parents can also be included in the care that we provide. We work with parents to communicate with and have clear expectations for their children.  We support parents with skill and strategies that help them feel better connected with their children and more able to handle behavior concerns and challenging situations that used to make them feel overwhelmed.

We provide assessment and therapy services for adults with a variety of emotional, situational, mental, and physical concern. Whether you are going through a challenging situation or have struggled for a long time to feel okay, we have providers that can help.We will work with you one-on-one, with another person, or with your whole family using the approach that fits best for you and your situation.Everyone has times in their life when they feel down or overwhelmed by life.
